Madame Jennifer – Gin of Paradise 50 cl – Sussex Dry Gin
Inger and Ian are a Hove based husband and wife team with a background in the Sciences (he was a Chemist and she was Biologist) and are now putting their considerable skills to use in the most wonderful way. they have created an urban distillery in Poets Corner in Hove, making really delicious gins and liqueurs.
After developing and swapping ideas, they both realised that they had very different ideas. This meant they created “The Chemist” and “The Scientist” named after themselves.
The Gin of Paradise  celebrates “Grains of Paradise”. a distinct spice from the West African coast. Named after their mythical origins in the Garden of Eden, the citrusy-peppery spice enhances all the botanical flavours and adds a tingly warmth. Distilled with Sweet Almonds for body and sweetness, this rich opulent gin has a big flavour and is slightly stronger at 45%.
