Paulaner Brewery is a Munich based brewery that was originally founded by Monks that brewed their beer at the Monastery in Munich. They are one of the few breweries in Germany that are a regular fixture at the world famous Oktoberfest. They brew a small core range of beers that are brewed from recipes that have been passed down and perfected over the years.
