Alvear 3 – Miradas Cerro Franco
The grapes were harvested from old, traditional short-pruned vines in the Cerro Franco Cru of the Sierra de Montilla.
After a light whole-bunch press, fermentation occured in old Fino CB casks, where the wine stayed and aged for 18 months under Flor.
Notes of yellow apple, juicy pear and yeasty sourdough. Elements of stone fruit and almonds follow.Â
 the palate this wine shows flavours of quince, ripe apple and lemon zest with a hint of minerality to further the complexity.
