Barolo Serralunga Ettore Germano 2019
Ettore Germano have been producing wine since 1856 in the hills of Barolo in Piedmont. It was started by a man called Ettore Germano and continues to be a family run operation focussing on delivering top quality wine from this world-famous area. In the mid to late 80’s they expanded and strived to produce white wine.
The colour of this Barolo is a brilliant garnet red with the evocative nose offering hints of strawberry, cherry violet and liquorice. The palate is full bodied with firm and well balanced tannins. Pairs well with roast duck and lamb.Â
