Break Free Natural Wines is the love child of Clandestine Vineyard’s Trudy Stacy. She wanted to break free from viticultural norms and create a series of natural wines that express terroir and the grapes true esseance.Â

Mount Barker Shiraz is co-fermented with Riesling, Gewurztraminer and Viognier skins using large old oak barrels, small old oak barrels and stainless steel. Due to this variety of fermentation techniques the texture is full and complex with flavours of mandarin, pomegranate and grapefruit and results in a super light pink hue.
