Domaine des Pasquiers Cotes Du Rhone
Domaine des Pasquiers is located in the heart of the Rhone Valley, located on a body of red clay and at a high altitude, reaping the benefits of optimal sunlight and the cooling influence of the Mistral wind. Â
The grenache and syrah are fermented in the same tank to give a more integrated final product. The wine is unoaked resting on it’s lees for 3 months. Full of red berry fruit and the ‘garrigue’, the famous herbal scents of the Mediterranean coast.
