Evaristo – Vinho Regional Lisboa Tinto
Evaristo is the production of winemaker Diogo Sepulveda, made using grapes that are sourced from around the Lisbon region. Using grapes from the coastal region, this brings a refreshing acidity and lightness to the flavours, which when combined with the heavier characteristics of the native varieties creates a great balance.
Fresh fruit flavours are preserved, with stainless steel being used for this reason, resulting in aromatics and flavours of ripe red cherries, juicy blackberries and blackcurrants.
