Henri De Querville Calvados Fine
Calvados Henri de Querville is made in the Pays d’Auge region in Normandy by the Distillerie de Houley. This family distilllery is set amongst 150 acres of a hundred or so varieties of bitter and sweet calvados apples. Simply, a cider is made with the specially selected small apples and this is subsequently distilled.Here they distill seperately in pot and column stills before blending together to produce this very tasty Calvados.
Henry de Querville offers fresh, crisp apple notes, with a beautiful rounded sweetness. It may contain a bit of sediment so it’s best to decant it before drinking.
