Judith Beck Ink

The Judith Beck winery is a practising and certified biodynamic vineyard in the Burgenland area of Austria where they grow native Austrian grapes. They follow the lunar cycle for growing the vines and herbal remedies are used as an alternative to harmful chemicals.

The Ink wine is produced near lake Neusiedlersee which is in the warmest area of Austria – some of the wines produced from here are quite heavy and full-bodied for Austria. The Ink, however, is a light, fruity drop that is zingy and hits the palate with a lively vigour. Tonnes of spicy aromas with dark forest fruits and summer berries.
