Luis XIV – Red Vermouth
The Luis XIV Vermut Rojo is a crimson, flavorful, and aromatic vermouth from Alicante, Spain. It is produced with Monastrell and Macabeo grapes and matured in old oak barrels from the 19th century. The warm, spicy flavours of the vermouth are brought about by botanicals including wormwood, cinnamon, cloves, vanilla, and orange peel. It is best served cold or with ice and a swirl of orange peel. It has a mild sweetness and a long, lingering finish. This classic vermouth also features a distinctive bottle design that glows in the dark and represents the rich Mediterranean style of vermut.Â
