Maestro Sierra – Pedro Ximenez 37.5cl Bottle
Dry, rich, and exquisite Bodegas El Maestro’s Sierra sherry has been matured for 15 years in a solera system. It is produced using a traditional technique that involves partially filling old barrels with base wine and fortifying them to 18% to prevent the development of yeasts. The wine is then aged in 500-liter American oak barrels before being bottled unfiltered.
