Magnum Vinhos – Jardim da Estrela – Dao
The Dao has a mountainous landscape, surrounded by pine trees and dominated by the magnificence of the Serra da Estrela, the highest mountain range in continental Europe.
The grapes were totally destemmed into small stainless steel vats, where they macerated for 24h at low temperature, before starting fermentation. The fermentation lasted about 15 days, with gentle pumping for a good extraction of color and aromas. The wine remained only in stainless steel vats to preserve all the aromas of fresh fruit.
 harmonious aroma combing red fruits with spicy notes. A lovely acidity, with a velvety texture and delicate finish.
