Sebastien David Hurluberlu
Sebastien David has family owned vineyards in the Loire Valley region of North West France. From here he creates ‘crunchy’ Cabernet Franc’s, practising organic viticulture and using some biodynamic principles. He has also experimented with clay eggs and various amphorae, and uses no sulphur.
This red is made form 100% Cabernet Franc grapes and is made to be drunk young. It is organically produced, so sediment may have settled at the bottom of the bottle. The simplistic approach to the style of the bottle is a reflection of the wine-making process – unaltered, natural and with nothing extra put in. Fresh red fruit flavours of cherry and cranberry come bursting out of this. For optimum tasting, serve slightly chilled.
