Unbarred is a brewery situated in the heart of Brighton! They brew completely fresh – therefore they don’t have a core range so to speak – however they release new and exciting beers regularly. They brew with an emphasis on producing beer organically and with as minimal intervention as possible, and they also use natural carbonation which gives the beer a more distinctive, refined mouthfeel.
